windshield tint in norcal?
Anyone know a place in the San Jose/Palo alto area that will tint windshields?
I would prefer 3m crystalline, but I'll probably have to take what i can get. Thanks! |

A little off topic, but let me give my (hopefully fair) assessment.
Pros: - high quality tint - non metallic - best in class heat rejection - goes all the way to 90% for those who don't want that tint look Cons: - only goes to 40% tint - expensive (more expensive film and is thicker, so more expensive to install) Basically, for price/aesthetics/privacy, go for something else. For heat rejection, crystalline is the best. The tech did show me a heat rejection demo between the 70% crystalline and some solar gard stuff. One of the limo tint samples basically blocked out no heat. They have another film called u. p. that worked roughly half as well, but it was a 10% tint, which is way too dark for me to have all around. |

Pretty sure Rocky Mountain Window Tint in Livermore would do it but they use the Formula One Pinnacle tint. He might have others as well. Nice guys and he does a GREAT job.
