I just flashed ZB 7572903 to my car now. Will see what it does when i drive it later.
Edit. After driving the car i can't say it's any different to what i already had. It doesn't display current gear in kombi, except in manual mode. It does have 7000rpm shift point.

nice thread. lots of information. I just installed Small Disa and now ready for RSA delete what Im chasing(used just 328 MSV80 vin to get my RSA delet files and 325i tune from user cheerio.
Have some idle problem after installing the DISA and had code 2d06 so will need to find this leak.
Dont feel much difference in power change but its all done and need to find vacuum leak and maybe it drives better.

Rubber Mountings

Just last weekend, I had 11 Rubber Mountings refurbished on my Rear axle, and they were all about to break down and were very loose, and these Rubber Mountings have been updated to drive better.(Attach OEM Number)

I am looking to flash my msv80 from the 323 tune to the 325 tune. The number on the physical label is 7609656. The engine is N52B25AE. The last 7 Digits of Vin are NM63719.

I'm okay with how to do the flash but have no clue how to find the correct file to upload or edit.

Hi cheerio, Would you mind go into a little more detail on how were you able to resolve the 2FA3 code? Just a simple programming?

Oh and for anyone else is looking at this, I flashed a RSA delete on EU 325i (N52B30 engine swapped), and changed the powerclass byte to 2 on 328i to 330i map. Car runs good.

Reviving an older thread.
According to realoem it appears Canadian 323i's are equipped with both DISA adjusters from the factory. Maybe cold weather related.

I'm assuming I'd be safe to just flash the software for a pre-LCI European 325i, with the powerless you've modified here? This should give me the European pre-lci 325i tune, which is for the N52B25 with the 3 stage manifold ~ 215 hp

ECU version on Canadian cars is MSV70

BMW E92 323i M spec 2007

Hi Guys...

I would love to update and convert my BMW 323i 2007 M Spec to 325. After a little research i found that the engine has a connector for the second disser flap on the left side of the manifold.

However i can not figure out where to get files to update the ecu or how to do it, I would appreciate any pointers i am from Australia QLD. Thanks

I think i will need MSV70 DME device and the connecting cable i cant find any research please help THANKS

Just wanted to add some info to this thread. When flashing the N52B25 325i trans software, i found that this DIDN’T raise the max rpm to 7000rpm, it still stayed at 6500. To get the 7000rpm limit you need to flash with N52B30 trans software. I used ZB 7572901

I tuned my 2008 328i MSV80 with a the 328 to 330 tune from BL. After the tune I get the 2FA4 error code, my CAS shows klasse_1 and my 6BMOT shows wert_00. I tried several guides that say you can edit those value but they all failed. Could this be solved by modifying the power class on the tune? If so how can I do this?

What does the disa have to do with the tune?

Hey everyone I am new to this forum. I have a few questions I didn’t understand.

I understand I can tune my 323i to 325i but do I have to do the disa upgrade?

Also would a disa upgrade without a tune make any difference on my 323i?
