There are a lot more important things! You have a family and seem happy. A degree won't make you smile in the morning, your girlfriend and daughter will. As long as you can get by, you seem like a lucky man! If you ever go back to school though, good for you, icing on the cake.

Enjoying what you do is 90% of the equation, congratulations on that, not a lot of people can say that.

Well hey thanks a lot! I am very happy and know I am fortunate to have a car like this and be responsible for everything at 19 but you're very right, I can always go back to school if needed but for now I'm fine moving up little by little in a hotel

Just goes to show, you have something like a 10% chance of ending up with your intended profession.

24 years old, degree in Pharmacy, and been a pharmacist for about a year now. During my 4 years at uni I worked EVERY weekend and barley went out, if i had a choice between work and hanging out with friends I chose work. As soon as i graduated I was able to get the car I've always wanted! no regrets since, to be honest my parents did pay for my uni accommodation and that's it, but it was a fair amount of contribution and they wanted to.

When I was in high school i wanted to join the air force, parents said no lol, then engineering 2 years before my final high school exams to get into uni but in the last year I changed my mind.

Now working as a full time Pharmacist is actually killing me, even though I've been doing it for a year I want out, so at the moment I'm looking to start my own business with the money I make at work, and have pharmacy as a back up kinda thing in case something stuffs up.

Entrepreneurship here I come!

Out of curiosity what do you do specifically?

I am a 24 year old, spent several years in the Army, 11B. Now I'm going to school for electrical work and work as an electrician apprentice for a local electric company.

I graduated with a pre-law degree and during school had an internship that somehow ended me up in HR after graduation. Then got into IT consulting and now run my own IT consulting business for the past 6 years lol!

I work in TV as a freelance director. Yes, I encounter celebrities all the time. Most of them are just regular people and are very nice/cool to be around and hang out with, while others are not, simply because they can't handle the celebrity status. I see it as a reason for pity, not as an aggrevation.

I love what I do, because it allows me to play with toys and think on my feet. I work with a crew that I'm familiar with, and they're like my second family. I'm one of the few fortunate people that can honestly say that I love what I do. I will never be rich or famous, but I do ok.

And, no, I will not name-drop.
