VRSF exhaust shiiping for xi owners yet?

Whatsup fellas,

I know its probably on here somewhere or Tiago would know, but does anyone know if vrsf is making their cat back exhaust for the xi yet?

Im looking at different options but i like the price and reviews on that exhaust.

U need to modify a portion of the vrsf exhaust to fit XI. I don't believe at this point an "XI" exhaust is planned

Bump regarding the price range, BUT i'm quite certain that there aren't any other options for a full cat-back in the $750 range. Closest that I can think of is Billy Boat system in the high $900 range, which i'm not a fan of.

EDIT: Tiago said they will infact have an Xi option soon. The cost incurred to modify the front section would probably end up bringing you to the same cost as buying another system such as a billy boat or a borla at the $1.1k range. My advice is to stay away from modifying parts for proper fitment—i've never had a positive experience doing it.

Probably best to ask VRSF when. I know they did mention they had plans to make it fit Xi but they need to go through some R&D, prototypes and production. I'd imagine this should take several months.

Magnaflow, Borla, Remus (axle Back) and active autowerke fit Xi

Yea I'm not a fan of modifying myself. I like things that are designed to fit a certain platforM and is mostly plug n play. I don't have extra time to dink around and make something "kind of" fit lol

By strict rules of the forum, I'm not allowed to openly discuss pricing, ask you to PM me or post links in a non classified section.

However, I can tell you there is a link in my signature to my site.

In my experience, VRSF products all have poor fitment. Just spend a few hundred extra dollars on the Corsa exhaust, Tiago has an awesome deal on those anyway

yea not a fan of having to alter something unless im going completely custom. Probably will end up getting either Borla (aggressive) cat back or the Corsa.

We're working on a solution but we have to finish a few other n54 offerings right now. If you're in an absolute hurry for our exhaust, we've had about 8-9 XI customers modify the front pipe to fit at a local muffler shop. It's less than an hour worth of labor

Any estimates on how long the wait will be for this? I'm patient.

I'd like to see a pic of the modification to see if it's a big enough deal to wait or not.. Not a description of the modification, but a picture.

No estimate available, we've learned it's not wise to give out ETA's on catback related projects

Cobb is another option that fits XI, if you want a full downpipe back option.

Silly question but does the Cobb Cat-Back bolt to the VRSF DPs with no issues?
