Made me laugh (out of randomness not because it's funny) when the bloke said that he hoped the OP's legs would be broken. Really not sure why he felt the need to put that!?

I read half of the first page...if the OP is telling the truth then I can't see how he will be prosecuted. If he borrowed the car then yes it down to him to ensure all is legit but if he's paid for a service then this is down to the person providing the service I would assume. Could all be down to the hire agreement that he signed to and what that says.

Read a few pages at the start and end.
Sounds like deep trouble for the OP. Can imagine this being a genuine mistake, and now ending up seriously in trouble. (Claim from hire company for value of car + loss of license and re-take of test + massive increase in premiums.) |

Reminded me why I'm not on ph. Grown men acting like sherlocks, many of them immature in their approaches. Seems some of them have nothing better to do.

Bunch of tw@'s mostly there, yet I think if the lad is for real, he has been tucked up by a dodgy outfit, yet I dont see why he is not getting full on legal advice to sort this out. I think he maybe just not the brightest light bulb on display and may really be wanting help, yet the piss taking is really not fair.
Either way if thats so called grown ups there in most cases, I am hoping they dont work as buggered if i would want to trust people like that doing any form of work that may involve responsibility

I think I got to about 12 pages then skipped to the end to see how it got closed. Am I right in thinking that he and a mate or something faked an insurance doc to try and get the car out?!
Just lol. PH always had been and always will be full of cunts in my opinion. Yeah there are some decent posters in they but the majority are just pitchfork wielding cunts. The first 10 pages or so see then all adding their bit from the bit about him wanting to pay for the tyre to the jumping from £650 for a weeks hire to £950. I bet by the end, someone was probably claiming that it was actually £65,000 and that no 19 year old has ever made any poor financial decisions before! Cunts! |
