I don't think the cutting is required. I popped mine out with the bumper still on.

It isn't a hat, I'm a Sikh and I wrap my hair up like that when I'm at home and not wearing my turban.

I had no clue it had just clips like the grille on the back and I really didn't mind to check when I put new headlights on either so I cautiously just went in for it.

way less effort to just pull the bumper off and take the grills out that way. With enough applied pressure the click points, you can just pop them straight out... even easier with a pry tool... using a dremel tool is just messy and it seems like it's a lot more tedious too... just my .02

I know it is brother 4 under the hood, 7 under the bumper, and two more on each side. But as I said in the video it's for people who do not know how or don't want to remove the bumper. It's simple for me but I got a new mtech coming in so I thought why not and cut up the thing and see what happens

now your FMIC is subject to direct hits from stone / depris on the hwy.
why not just unsnap it, then you can put it back in if you want.

I'm getting a new bumper; if you heard me say in the video. So does not matter to me. But intercoolers are pretty tough so I mean it would have done a number on your body or window if a stone hits it that bad so might as well be the intercooler made of aluminium.
