That car spent its life in CA up until very recently hence looks nice underneath with no signs of winter use in the pictures. Nicely loaded too including rare sport package (E61 suspensions are all same though) and comfort access. The high battery drain issue is going to need sorting and may be related to the "modules in rear wet issue" if that hasn't been remedied on this car already. Given the battery is a year old and the owner is offering to put a new one in for the new owner, something seems a bit amiss even as he states it has never failed to start.

I wouldn't be too worried at the price it's going for right now. N54 wagon 15 mins left at 6600.

Idk if it's me but it seems cars in carsandbids usually leave a lot on the table regarding how much they could have sold for if they were on BaT. It's nice to have another option for car auctions but if I was selling a car I'd try as much as possible to get it on BaT to ensure I get the most out of it.
