Only have to replace HPFP once?

I searched for this without any clear answer. When your original HPFP goes, is any decent replacement one that you buy going to be a much improved design so that you probably won't have to replace it a second time? Is a reman one also going to have better updated components so that it's effectively a more reliable design?
Thanks.

FCP euro sells a HPFP which is revised that fixes most of the issues with previous versions. They also have a lifetime warranty so once theirs breaks, you can send it back and receive another free of charge. Its called "BMW Remanufactured HPFP" link is https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...mp-13517616170

Thanks. Any idea if all manufacturers are having about the same lifetime on their HPFPs? Maybe 100k miles typically?

By the way, I did a parts cost comparison a while back, and among the items I did the HPFP. '17 Lexus GS: $1196. '17 M240i, $1279. '16 Mercedes E350, $580.
All prices were at Autozone, Delphi was the brand for all. They didn't even have pumps listed for the '17 Cadillacs and Mustangs I checked.
