BMW 335D wastegate Settings

About to re install my m57's turbos and was wondering if anyone had the factory distance for all three wastegates? (Install time have them set at least factory and not to where they open late or too early)

You can apply vacuum and adjust them to where they open/close. Btw, only one is a wastegate.

Do you mean the switchover? Start at about 22 threads up and go from there.

He’s talking about “three wastegates”. Probably the actual wastegate, turbo switchover and compressor bypass. I guess the three that have vac actuators and threaded rods to be adjusted. At least compressor bypass should not need adjustment with the turbo replacement. But all three can be measured and confirmed to open/close upon proper vacuum application.

Really if I could get all three of the part numbers that would be fabulous. The main wastegate I have but the other two switch overs/ actuators bmw won't give me nor will Borge. I don't want the whole assembly for the charge pipe just the two actuators. One in the lower pressure turbo and charge pipe. I found a good detail on how to adjust them to oem spec but it doesn't list any part numbers which is a bummer.
Thank you both for the help. Tune my euro when I called over the phone only responded with the main wastegate and couldn't get me the other twos part numbers.

Have you checked RealOEM? I know for sure that turbo switchover vac can is available separately. The wastegate vac can itself I think is with turbo only. But there are companies that sell these separately or even rebuild them. Why do you need new ones. They don’t usually leak.

Don't really need them but seeing prices on them for later project with the car, I check real oem and only got the main actuator, the charge pipe actuator is sold as a whole on ecs tuning and ebay but don't need the whole pieces just the actuator

I checked and you are right just the turbo-switchover vac can is available separately. But as mentioned, there are aftermarket companies you may source these from separately.
