Also looking for a clip
Looking for a headlight clip as well. Found one on eBay that someone is charging $100 for
If anyone has one for sale I'd gladly pay a reasonable price for it. It's either that or order an entire used headlight housing for $50. Thank you. |

Apologies for the noob question, I just want to make sure I have a full understanding of this.
Like the OP, my low beam is loose. On my e90 LCI with adaptive xenons, once I remove the rear headlight cover torx screws, I can freely move the entire low beam projector assembly by hand and it just sits wherever I place it. I placed it as far forward as I could, since it was most stable there. It's nearly resting on the angel eye currently. It moves from severe bumps in the road and occasionally throws an "Adaptive headlight error", mostly when I'm turning right or going uphill. Is all I need to correct this one of those metal clips? It seems more severe than that, given how freely it moves on all axes. I did remove my fender lining and tried to diagnose, but I can't remember if I had a clip or not. It seemed as though the whole low beam assembly was loose. From the front, I could see the projector being moved. Hoping there's a solution where I don't have to spend hundreds for a new headlight. Thanks in advance! |

I’ve shipped a bunch of them recently. But I️ just got another broken e90 with 4 more! Have 5 at the moment.
