Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me here. My 320d is not starting - AA Think its the glow plugs, but a couple of mechanics think its the timing chain. No glow plug error code on the OBD, battery and alternator all good.

Does anyone know of any reputable BMW specialists in and around the midlands area?

Really need this up and running.

Starter motor? fuel pump?

Where in midlands are you? I know a couple in Leicester and Nottingham

You wouldn't even know the difference if the glow plugs were completely dead; car would start absolutely fine unless it was well below 0deg. I hope the real problem isn't too painful!
