I ended up buying the updated Combox and never got around to use this item. I can take it out and show you that it works on your BMW display if needed. I'm not sure if it does. I'd have to do some research and maybe even take it out of the box and try it on my buddies IPhone 6 in my car. I know it work's on the 5, 5C and 5S though.
