Help! 2011 335d

Ok, so I have replaced everything in this car, minus the engine, and deleted all emissions. I have gotten a stage 2 malone tune, and it will not start. I will add that it had died and remained dead while I did all the work on it as well as the tune, and now it will not turn over. I had a mechanic come out who said it was above his paygrade, then I called shops and none of them knew what to do with a diesel. The mobile mechanic suggested I look into a performance shop, which I did. They looked at it, then called me to find out all I had done, then said they did not want to touch it because of all the work I had done. They aren't charging me though so that's nice. But now I am at square one. I guess I'm wondering if I should have taken steps to flash the memory with the new parts and then did the tune after that. Can anyone shed any light here?

Did you make sure the ECU connections are in good. Redo them and it may start. I’ve had this happen before.
If you didn’t remove the ECU for tune then nevermind. Good luck.

Hard to sort out since you did so many things together.
When you say it won’t turn over, you’re saying starter doesn’t do anything, all quiet? Sounds like a power problem.
For example I gave in last post, starter would turn but no start.

it's starts to try to turn over, but never finishes.

here's a question though, i replaced the fuel pump at some point. what should I have done to get it working properly with my car one it was replaced. i may have skipped that step.

Are you getting a rpm reading when cranking? If so, that rules out the CPS.

Are you saying it goes to crank and doesn't get a full revolution? Check the connections to the starter. We're also assuming the battery is good.

Also, look at your ground strap. Use a jumper cable to jump around it and see if that does the trick prior to changing the strap.

First; you need to list everything you replaced or altered. Saying "replaced everything" doesn't mean anything to us.

Second; Get a BMW code reader and see what codes are active. That will help greatly with identifying the reason for the no start. I recommend Bimmergeeks Protool or a laptop with ISTA.

Ok, so i think the problem i am left with is the fuel rail pressure. There is no fuel getting to the injectors. I replaced the hpfp once, and when i activate it with protools, fuel comes out of the top of two ports on the driver side of the hpfp. I am having trouble getting the bottom house off, but i suspect that is the fuel line from the filter and lpfp. Is that correct?

Bleed air out of #1 injector while cranking. When you see fluid start to comeout of the connector, turn connector back tight and it should start (if you had air in high press side of system). Good luck
