Thumbs up Passport BMW in Maryland - Peter Brizan

Thumbs up for Peter Brizan and Passport BMW in Maryland. He did everything you'd want a CA to do -- very knowledgeable about the car, kept me informed of the order status, and always returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. He also made sure my car was prepped quickly and did not get the usual dealership stickers put on it.

I wanted to get the BMW front windshield visor when I picked up my car, but the parts department would be closed by the time I got there. He let me order the visor, then went to get it from parts so he had it when I showed up later to pick up the car. He threw in the carpeted floor mats and BMW valve stem caps.

Passport is absolutely the least convenient location for me of all of the metro DC BMW dealerships (I live in VA), but I had read so many positive reviews I gave it a try. I am glad I did. Excellent buying experience, and the price was better than the other dealerships I checked. I highly recommend Peter Brizan at Passport BMW in MD if you are in the DC area looking for a BMW.

Yep, Peter Brizan and the entire staff at Passport BMW never fail to gather rave reviews, they are a good team with good pricing. Most importantly, I like how they are supportive of our little ol' forum

Glad things worked out well for you, BK

I agree. I just placed my order for a 335 e90 with Peter Brizan. Passport is the only dealer in the DC metro area that I have found will give you pricing via email. All the other dealers want to play games (give me a call, come in to test drive, etc). Peter gave me a good price right from the start. We did everything by email with no hassle or pressure. I live in Virginia so Passport is extremely inconvenient, but the other dealers leave you no choice. Passport is responsive and fair. I say Passport because I originally received a quote several months ago on a 330 but held off until the 335 was available. I originally dealt with Jim Redden who was very responsive and Peter Brizan has picked up where Jim left off. I will update this post when I get the car.

Passport is by far the best sales dealership in the DC metro area. VOB is second. Don't bother with any Northern VA dealerships.

I'm in TX and have been working with Peter, when we were looking to order a 330i for Performance Delivery. We have since decided to wait for the 335 and do a Euro Deliver next spring and will definately still be going with Peter at Passport BMW. He was great to talk to on the phone and was straight up with the price and deal. I have been keeping him updated with our situation and can't wait for spring to get here!!

Yup. My boy Jim is no longer there but I never stepped foot in the dealership until my car was there. Did it all by email. No games.

I'll be calling them first in about 2 years and 5 months for my 335 sedan.

I regret not going there first. VOB is by far the worste dealership in the counrty but I had to get from them...for detailed story read :

http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...ighlight=achal

I would never deal with them again.....I will buy e92 soon & I will go to passport.

I just wanted to complete my review of Passport and Peter Brizan. I picked up my 335 e90 on Friday. Here is how it went. I took the metro to the Branch Ave. stop and rode their shuttle for the 1/4 mile to the dealership. I walked in at 6:05 and drove off the lot before 7:00. Peter trained me on some aspects of the car but picked-up on the fact that I just wanted to drive. They threw in the floor mats (not all dealers will) and were quick. Everything was painless. At the same time, if you want hand-holding, I am sure they will oblige. The finanace manager even appologized as I was writing the check because the parts department had already closed and they may not be able to get me my floor mats. But Peter had already grabbed them earlier in the day. I have at least three other BMW dealers closer and I would not even consider using them now. Oh yeah, and they are sponsoring the DC meet in three weeks.

Yep...they throw in the floor mats (your choice, carpet or all-seasons) as part of the low processing fee. There is no doubt over floor mats at Passport

FYI Peter Brizan will be doing the E92/E90 technical presentation/demo at our Big Meet...I told him to prepare extra hard as us e90post people know a lot

I just picked up my 2006 325i from Passport. I have a BMW dealer only 7 miles from my house, but my father-in-law who has purchased 3 BMW's from Passport encouraged me to give them a try. I'm glad I went, although driving an hour for each way for service is no fun. I was treated with courtesy and respect.
