The missus is from there, it's a lovely place, can't help you with where to live though.

I have worked in Edinburgh for past 9 yrs or so. Never actually lived in the city but know it pretty well. Let me know whereabouts you might be working and I can put you in touch with a mate of mine who runs the main letting agency in Ed and he will point you in the right direction (without any strings attached - you will just get straight advice).

Saw your other post re getting your notice. Hope you get sorted shortly and I can vouch for Edinburgh as a great place.

Can't help you about Edinburgh, just know it's a lovely City.

Hope if you do move and keep the beemer, you'll be able to 'stretch her legs' a bit more up there.

Its all relative though gerbil! Edinburgh is still cheap compared to London where Kev is just now.
