Couple of Quick Updates

Just showing some hardware that was missing when I got the car, and why I need a new Cabin Air Filter Housing

The parts that clip to the power cable cover are broken and do not stay installed

Few pics :

Replacement Screws - These were missing.

Current Kidney Grills - They were just painted and are peeling. OEM Black are on the way.

This is the front seal above driver side headlight, This part: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...nt-51767143757

Cabin Filter Bolts - These were missing.

Broken Clip on Cabin Filter Housing - Far left

Broken Clip on Cabin Filter Housing - Far Right

Will be doing an install post on the parts as I can get them installed, and small other fixes along the way like missing engine cover hardware, lower engine cover hardware (all of it was missing) and other plastic trim and bits as I find them

Number 2 on the list is done. You can see below the before after, new being on the left.

The OEM black kidneys give it a way cleaner look, The ones on the car were the OEM painted black. Was NOT a clean look

Before with old on the right:

Both replaced:

Can't wait to learn more of your engine build. I spoke with HSP and they mentioned there are some modifications that will be required on the next manifold made therefore unwilling to make anymore right now due to their current workload. Curious if you will have any fitment issues because they should sell the cad files if they dont plan to make anymore and did most of the R&D already!

Please give us an engine update soon!

Get ya some black handles for the doors... I did, and now that I have em, I couldn't not have them. They really make the car pop.

The manifold was a one-off and they are not interested in making more at this time.

I will be posting pics of the mounts and other progress soon. The 034 Motorsports Speed Density Engine and Trans mounts install and are a solid upgrade!

So with the upgraded transmission mounts you are not experiencing any vibrations sound?

Someone worked on the headlight changing bulbs or something is why that lid got opened. They weren’t careful to get the rotating locks in place correctly. Those aluminum fins are the heat sink for the LED turn signal module.
