Saw one the other day black with massive wheels and lots of chrome, I think it was a Brabus one, dreadfully ugly rear end.
Seems to be lots of them around here - no info though I'm afraid apart from don't get the 80's Champagne gold colour it does not look good on anything made after 1989 Think it is a CLS I've seen this colour on. |

Probably get flamed but I love the design of them. It's like a giant cruiseliner. I tested an AMG one not too long ago and loved it, even the interior felt like quality and was a nice place to be. Soooo much lazy power.
Definitely not one for the weekends or spirited driving, but does it's job magnificently. I would buy one for commuting as long as I had something to deliver me thrills. Only problem I found was the lack of bluetooth for the phone, seemed like a real stupid thing to leave off. Also they of course changed the engines a year or so ago, so the updated CLS500 had more or less similar power as the previous years AMG, one to look out for if your going for a 500 or AMG. |

I like the AMG bodystyling as an option from Merc. It's on the Optional equipment link I put. Other pictures at http://www.mercedes-amg.com

This info is incorrect. The AMG engine in the CLS55 has always been supercharged 493bhp 516lbft. The normal 500 did change from 308bhp to 388 bhp but its still miles behind performance wise to the 55amg.
