Question What did you do to your car today?

It was pretty nice outside today so I tackled the passenger rear window regulator. As complex as it looked, the job was quite easy and only took about 15 mins.

Completely ignored it whilst doing an 8-hour detail on the wife's wagon.

Me too, went to the gym and took the other car to the car wash (hasn't been washed since we got it). But the car wash was no longer there so I came home and washed it there. I don't drive the BMW at all, but I'm still glad I have it and I'll drive it when I feel like it. No way would I buy a new one today (54k no navi, price went up around 6.5k since 2007), so it's good I have it in the garage.

I started it, had a god awful misfire that was popping and smelled like fart, then turned it off and drove the truck to work.

Washed it then broke one of the tabs that hold the cabin filter up because the dealer didn't put it in the slot right. so now it hangs down a little on that side.

Top down, spirited drive on tree-lined roads through horse country and some of the most famous thoroughbred farms in the world, on roads with 55mph speed limits and curves with warning signs that tell you to take them at 20mph

Lunch, then drive home on same type of roads but different way back, get home, wash it, dig the dead bugs out of the grill, treat the wheels, ready for next time.

stealership just quoted me better part of $600 to replace my rear driver window regulator... Got the parts from the dealer / how much? Any tips / tricks needed or was it completely straightforward? 15 minutes, really?
