I really like the front and the interior, but that's about it. I'm not to crazy about the e92 LCI front bumper and kink in the headlight. I think the pre-LCI looked better imho

Benz looks very aggressive. A good look for a coupe. But I like the relaxed look of the E92 LCI, while it still looks very sporty and aggressive. Personally would take E92 pre-LCI over both of these though.
First problem:

E92 LCI without M-Sport is too ugly to even compete..
C-class interior blows away the e92 interior, but that's always been the tradition of BMW. Plain but functional interior. |

The new merc interior looks nice, until you sit in it (only been in a mom-coupe). It's mostly plastic and rubber where as our 3'ers have quite a bit of leather on the door panels and arm rests. Maybe I'm just biased, but for all that money the merc interior just felt a little cheap.

To make comparison fair bictures taken from E92 LCI should be with M-Sport kit since pic's taken from C-coupe are with AMG-sport kit. Just my 2 cents.

I think the interior of the refreshed C-Class looks much better than the interior of the 3 series. I also like the front, but the sideview and the rear is not as good as the E92, IMO.
EDIT: Ohhh, I just noticed that the C Coupe's doors have window frames. A coupe needs frameless doors! Last edited by nockenpaul; 02-13-2011 at 04:31 AM.. |

M3 sales were suffering, so they had to dumb down the e92 3ers. Brilliant move actually.
