325 misfire

Hi all, newbie here!

I bought my 58 325 at the start of December. The EML came on and showed the codes in the photo. I’ve replaced the coils on 2 & 4 and had the codes cleared. But the EML has come back on and the car is still misfiring.

Any ideas what to do next?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Gary

Wrong section.
But if you bought from the garage i would return it before it bleeds you.

The Nox sensor is dead and thats about £450 for part alone.

What are the new codes after you cleared it.

As above, take it back to the dealer but it'll probably be injectors. Common issue on these direct injection engines. Plugs will need to be pulled to check condition and help diagnose.

Thanks guys. Am taking back to the dealer. I'll update with the results.

Can this post be moved to the right section? I'm embarrassed I put it here!!

Turns out it was faulty wiring to an injector.
