Thermostat oil leak

Have oil leak on top side of thermostat. Seems to be coming from where the thermostat is joined by its two pieces. Right in the middle when looking at it from above. And leak doesn't seem to be coming from where the oil filter is. Any suggestions? Is this a big job?? $$$$???

Is it the oil filter housing seal 11427525335
Or oil filter housing gasket 11427537293 Cause seems from where it's leaking (middle of thermostat) its the seal, as the oil filter gasket is on the left closer to engine.

its either #15 (oil filter housing gasket) or #16 (oil filter housin seal) or both.
its not leaking from #18 also this is what the leak looks like
