I am on the same boat with you man, I need some new rear too.
If you drive a lot, switch out the run-flats man. Go for some all seasonal tires if you want something last longer. I want to go check out Tire 59 on HWY 59, get myself some used run-flats.

You are aware that the Bridgestone run flats have a tread wear rating for 140. So if you change to a non RFT tire like the Hankook Ventus V12 evo which have a tread wear rating of 280 it should last twice the amount of the run flats depending on your driving habits.
