Will these 18" Style 42's fit? or too aggressive?
FRONT 18x8 ET20
REAR 18x9 ET24 235/40/18 255/35/18 (stock runflats) Sport Suspension (no drop) Will they fit without rolling my fenders? How about with a mild drop (H&R Sport Springs)? Depending on your responses, I may be the first E92 on Style 42's

I ordered these for a birthday present for my Wife's '07 e90 335i ZSP. Once I get some TPMS and Tires for it I will let you know. The rears should be fine....but the fronts worry me as they have about 2mm's more offset then what people run usualy.
I own a fender roller so I'm not too worried but don't know if I want to roll the fenders. Although the 335i could use more camber for the front...excuse for camber plates? The 235/40's will probably rub. |

also the picture that they have of the Style 5's in their post and their website on a e92 are the same offset and size as these. So they fit....will they rub if you turn the wheel is the question

I really wanted to order those. Beautiful wheels at a steal of a price. I decided they were probably too aggressive, but without any real data other than a ruler and some math. They may work, won't know for certain unless you test fit.

Well that's news to me Camber plates it is then.
I'll figure it out. BTW the wheels came in today...they are very purty. 335Dude I didn't notice before but you live near us. When we get them on (after the snow stops and summer tires start working again) You can take a gander at the car to see if this is something you want to do. Heck we could even test fit them on your car also. |

I run an 18x9 et 26 in the front, which is more aggressive than your proposed setup for the front. No rubbing issues on the fender or strut.

Btw, stock runflat for the front is 225/40/18 not 235. if you are running the 225 you will be fine.
Ive also been running the stock style 162s which is 18x8 et34 in the front with a 15mm spacer for an effective et19. Ran this with stock 225/40/18 with H&R sport springs. Worked well without issues. Good Luck OP, hope this helps!

The offsets are actually very similar for the E90 and E92. Only the rear of the E92 is a not as aggressive. Since you are mainly interested if the front fits, you will be fine.

Sorry - my mistake. The original poster has a coupe and I didn't realize Mica was talking about his wife's E90....
I'm very curious to see how these work on a coupe... |
