I'm able to order it through my local dealership still. They discontinued them but there are still some floating around.

I doubt there’s a difference in the system besides the tips. I’ve been running an e90 set on my e93 for a few years. All I had to do was pull the tips out an inch and re clamp them on the muffler stubs.

that's my thinking too. It's only a matter of time before BMW discontinues the e92 PE as well.

You'd be correct. I measured a set of exhaust tips on an E92 PE and my 330i's stock exhaust, and the E92 exhaust tips were 11mm longer. Every other part of the E90 & E92 N52 exhausts were the same.

From what I can tell, the exhaust + midpipe would be equivalent to the PE. However I can't seem to find the AA midpipe available anywhere.

After soooooo much googling... I found one thread with pics that shows a e90 328 with the e92 performance exhaust...

It seems like the e92 version is just longer than the e90 ones. On that note, would love to hear or see pics of e90 cars with the e92 performance exhaust!

The only difference between the E90 vs. E92 PE is that the tips are longer on the E92 version. Cut and shorten if necessary.

You could have saved yourself a lot of Googling by searching in the N/A sub-forum here, but I appreciate you searching nonetheless.

E90's are obviously much more popular and common than the E92, hence the E90 exhausts selling out sooner - but yes, the general consensus is that all of the E9x PE's have been discontinued by BMW.

I posted this earlier in page 1 of this thread.
This BMW parts retailer, Overseas Motor BMW, is in Canada and it looks like it has the BMW PE in stock.
https://shop.overseasbmw.com/p/Muffl...102208793.html

If you select the ‘WHAT IT FITS’ tab on the page, it will show all models it can be installed as listed below.

BMW 323i Sedan 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012

Total price in Canadian (CAD) dollars including shipping is $1510 CAD ($1410 + $100) or $1151.75 USD based on current floating Canadian vs USD currency conversion. That's around the typical price new, but could be less or more not sure.
Anyway, you'll have to call them to be sure they do have it in stock.

Just trying to help if anyone is interested.

That price isn't too bad, especially when considering that it's discontinued and a new example is getting hard to find.

I may be wrong, but it looks like they are back in stock everywhere.

edit: I am wrong. I was looking at the -94 part (e92/e93).

On the plus side, the e92/e93 exhaust will fit on an e90/e91, with about a half-inch overhang on the tip.
