Does the E90 LCI have a sunroof manual crank?

I was reading that BMW removed the manual crank function for the sunroof in the LCI. I'm guessing this was probably in reference to the missing metal crank in the tool area, yet the manual function itself remains, is that correct?

it can be seen above the sticker
so it should be there

Pretty cool that they even provide the ability to have a manual option. But hell it's probably a bitch to do and that includes just getting started finding the tool and prying the cover off to access etc...
