29f1, 29f3, 2B2C codes on a 335i n54 2009
Hello all,
Just bought a 2009 335i coupe MT and have a couple codes after using the MHD dme code reader. (NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT) As in the title: 29f1 - DME: Fuel pressure, plausibility 29f3 - DME: Fuel low-pressure sensor, electric. 2b2c - DME: Fuel high pressure, plausibility, cold start. From what I've read, I should replace the low pressure fuel sensor for the first two codes but I'm not sure about the 2b2c one. Some things to note is that I do have a rough cold start (after not using the car for ~12 hours). And when I press down the ignition it takes slightly longer than it should to fire up (only a second longer compared to my 2011 328i e90 mt). The car has 62k miles and no other problems than these codes. I'm not sure if I need to to fix these codes in order to pass smog (California) and then get the car registered. I did a data log with some third and fourth gear pulls here. Sorry it's my first time using the data logging so I accidentally stopped it midway through and there's two files in there. https://datazap.me/u/ilukiji/n54?log=0&data=20 Anyone know a fix for the codes or if anything looks off in the data? Thanks in advance! |
