Rewind to 2011, age 23, I went cold turkey after my 335i purchase among other cars that I did not need. What was I thinking! Youth, obsession, passion, you name it. It was time to hit the brakes for a long time. I dislike selling cars and became a hoarder of them through out the last 7 years so I made life a little stressful for myself unnecessarily just to be able wake up every morning to look at some gorgeous ladies in my garage and sip a cuppa. Wouldn't prefer it any other way LOL and what a challenge it has been, certainly a fun one. Pulled through the stress just like others to keep all my cars in good condition through out all the years whilst attempting to save up for what was coming ahead without having the need to sell a single one. So focusing on preventative maintenance, marriage and a first home was the main reason why my 335i remained untouched until now. Socket will vouch for this as I was the only 335i at meets that was stock. Still am but not for long.
Fast track time, here I am at age 30. Time has flew by so fast. So I thought I'd make a change. I woke up one morning in April with a strange urge to buy an additional e30 but this time in series 2 in zinnoberrot Red which I have always loved with bbs rs' for a sunday cruiser while I restore my e30 that I bought during high school. Next minute I am on ebay/gumtree/realoem/bmw spare parts to grab hard to find oem parts before they are impossible to find. Finally bought all parts I wanted for the e30s..Now its my 335i's turn. The patiently long waited Performance exhaust arrived last week thanks to Tawfeeq. A new steering wheel will be upcoming and perhaps a tune to make the president proud 😂 |

Turtles, you never cease to amaze me with your humour haha. Shall post the e93 once I'm on the laptop tomorrow. Perhaps we can do a bbq at mine one day with a small e90post gathering and instead of staring at kebab photos, you taste the real thing and have a few drinks. Peace!

Swapped rear diff on my 330i. 3.15 to 3.73. Night and day difference! Its never been a fast car, but the pickup is phenomenal now! Sixth gear is actually useable (and necessary!)
