Delaney's E90 M-Sport | Photo Heavy! | ROTIFORM RSE, DEPO V3, H&R, MTEC BRAKES

Hi all,

So last month I sold my beloved E30 and moved into something a little more modern. This popped up in a garage in Coleraine at an enticing price so I went for it and havent regretted it yet

It's a 2006 320d M-Sport in Le Mans Blue. Very good condition, decent milage and full service history with BMW.

Its got all the usual M-sport extras:

18" Style 193's
Aluminium interior trim
Sports black leather seats
Bluetooth
Cruise control
Updated Tailights

Only had it a week and I melted my card and ordered a few bits for it.

First to arrive was a full LED kit. Every interior/boot lights, sidelights and number plate lights.

Hopped on Schmiedmann and placed an order for splitters and a spoiler.

The quality is second to none. Easy install and fit the car perfectly.

And finally, got a package from SSDD with a 6000k HID kit and LED foglights. Havent installed the HID's until the car goes through NCT (MOT) but once that's sorted, they'll go in.

Thanks for reading, lots more updates soon including a shiney new set of wheels

Welcome to the forum!

Good start, the sooner you can get rid of that exhaust the better.

Will keep an eye out on progress.

Nice!! Very clean and cool that you got the darkline lights on it already.

Will be interesting to see what else you have planned. Be warned that being on this forum is bad for your wallet! I was only planning on a black grill and interior bulb swap but ended up changing a few other things on my car.

Thanks! Yes, it's one of the things on the to-do list. I'll never understand why BMW made them like that

Ebay link below. Ordered sidelights and plate lights from same company. They're error free and not too bright/blue.

Hey man, great ride! The only thing I recommend is that the halogen headlights you have now aren't really made to install hid kits since they will blind other people. Your best bet is to buy new headlights with projectors and halos. You can buy a decent set for $400-500.

Yes, I am aware of that. Set of DEPO or Umnitza projectors are part of the list. I may not install the kit until I get them.

Carefull which set of DEPO you go for bud. I brought a set from MStyle and the rings were made up of 4 bulbs which had the worst holders that wouldnt sit in place and would look more like 4 christmas lights as opposed to rings.

Got them swapped in the end by M Style as I had to keep going back every month for them to push the bulbs back in.

I initially brought the top ones (DEPO) for £370 fitted, then got them replaced with the bottom ones (UNBRANDED), had to pay only for the fitting cost which was something like £80 at the time. So expensive trial and error lol

Your a hero! I've been searching for these everywhere. Was planning on buying DEPO halogens and fitting LED rings but the hassle was turning me off. Thanks so much man

Bit of a setback with the car this week. Removed the rear wheels to change the discs and pads and this is what greeted me on the rear right.

I think it may need a track.

Thankfully i'd just ordered a full set of tyres for my new wheels which will be arriving Friday.

New rear discs, pads and handbrake shoes fitted along with new rear shocks which will be fitted this Friday also.

I would stay FAR away from those lights. Those are cheapo eBay headlights that look terrible. If you want the LCI look without going for an OEM swap, go with these:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1171679

They are PnP for Halo equipped E90's and looks 1,000,000 times better.

I've just had a LCI headlight swap on my E91 and can totally recommend it. Transforms the look of the car. Was going to go with some Depo lights but had concerns with light spread and build quality so opted for OEM stuff.
