Here we go then, and to start with I'll be voting tory. Labour have had their chance and failed in so many ways imho. So feel free to vote and rant to your hearts content.

Not sure, I might just go and spoil the ballot paper...
Agree with Steve, they're all a bunch of cocks and whichever way you vote you will be worse off (assuming you're a hard working member of society). |

Something inside me prevents me from ever voting tory, just how I was brought up.
Brown strikes me as mildly deranged these days so also a no, and I never know what the lib dems actually stand for, so I'm buggered really. |

Happy to firmly nail my colours to the mast (so to speak - not in a BDSM way, Will)). Am a Tory boy, always have been, always will be, and certainly not ashamed to say so. I was a Young Conservative in the early Thatcher years, remember doing my bit to hand out election maisfestos in the 1983 election, the cheap beer at the Con Club had a little to do with my enthusiasm! I recall the exact moment when I heard that the Tory's were (probably quite rightly) ejected from office in 1997 (I was in a hotel in Tarbet in the West Coast of Scotland), I was downhearted but like most other people was interested in whether the Blair rhetoric would be translated into something tangible. The last 13 years have been those of wasted opportunity in my view; the state of politics in general, with spin, political advisors, cash for anything, some downright dodgy individuals and this country has changed in many ways, many not for the better.
I am hopeful that Cameron will seize the opportunity to put right all that is wrong with Britain. If I had my time again, I would have been heavily involved in Politics, not just for the purpose of renewing my duck house either! Party Political broadcast over....... Now, fire up the Quattro..... Dave is on the way...... |

I feel a lot like everyone else I suppose.
Labour have already fucked up. How bad could it be having an inbred, limp wristed sausage jockey like Cameron in? Tory. Matt |

We have got to get the unelected dictator out! If we dont, reckon our credit rating will be fooked. If we get a hung parlimant we are fooked as well.

My thoughts exactly. We need change, some change....anything else but Brown. Now, Tories may not be the answer but Lib Dem's are never going to win, in this 2-horse race, I may as well go for the Tories and give them the chance to either do something slightly better or fuck us all up for the next decade. Who knows but live on the edge I say!! |

Not really into politics..n don't know much...but I tend to favour Conservative...as from what I understand,
conservative is for the hard working class and "free market"... labour on the other hand encourages those chavs to stay at home and they can spend their time stealing BMW wheels and not go to prison when they commit rape or murder... Not sure about Lib Democrats... |

Looks like a landslide Tory win for us BMW drivers...
I've NEVER voted Tory in all my life. It could be a time for change. I still reckon they will fuck it all up though. Interest rates will shoot up etc etc etc .

I always vote Tory. Labour is a vote for the layabout, dole claiming pikeys of this world. IMO
BRING BACK MARGARET THATCHER she may be a bit mad these days but I bet she would still do a better job than the idiots who are up for election. She probably has bigger bollocks as well!!! |

There should be a Tory landslide. Let's face it, Brown has hacked off everyone including loyal labour voters.
The Conservatives should walk it. The fact that this is not a 'given' is actually pretty worrying. It shows that a great many people are not convinced that 'Dave' will do any better than the current lot. |

The problem is the entire system is fucked right to the core. A change of government will not mean a change to our way of life.
For example, the expenses scandal only came to light this year, what about all the years before that?vThe financial crisis may have manifested itself in the blink of an eye but the causes had been in existence for many years before. Same for the problems in with the education system, the NHS etc. Besides it's not the government or the voting public who run/have any say in how the country is run anyway...it's anyone with enough power (read: money) to successfully lobby for/against things such that the outcome swings in their favour. |

I want a party that will support the people who are working hard, punish thieves and scumbags by cutting their hands off or keeping them in prisons which are "real" prisons i.e 1 meal a day, no tv or walk in the park bullshit....no human conditions etc...as they are no longer humans, those murderers and burglars....How come, they can have TV to watch or participate in sporting activities....? they should be forced to break stones with a hammer and this would help the prices for building raw materials....
asking for "human" condition,....they should be working 12 hours a day! a party that will ban all these money making speed camera bullshit and find efficient ways of actually reducing road accidents...the worse ones are the mobile "hidden" cameras....they don't make you slow down! they're just here to get your money!... |
