19x10+38 (e90)

Would a 19x10 +38 wheel fit the rears of a pre lci e90 with sport pkg suspension with no adjustments (fender rolling etc...)

Yep. With an OEM sport suspension, you can easily run a 275/30 without any issues. Some claim a "narrow" 285/30 will fit as well. I ran 19x10s et38 (AG M359), lowered suspension with 275/30 Michelins PS4s with very minor rubbing. Minor fender roll took care of it.
