Got the key from Romania last night car everything worked as planned, thank you for all the help and knowledge dumitru, and everyone who’s worked on making this a reality for the ones who have the will. Just another one of the impossible retrofits now done and working.

This is probably a dead forum by this point but why not try right? So today I picked up the handles, door harnesses and bumper antenna from the junkyard. Plan on picking up the Passive go module and the interior antennas in the next few days online. From this point all that I need to get is the CA harness and the key right? Any way someone could possibly guide me into what pins need to go where because the photos have expired

You could sell the retrofit harness, but the key is specific to your car, and the harness is useless without the key and the dealer computer system modification work.

Hi Vilord, I don't understand what you mean. My key came with my car. The only thing i bought was the retrofit kit, programmed specific to my car. My question is, if i sell my car. Can i remove the retrofit kit and install it in another similar vehicle?

I guess my point is that if you take the retrofit out of your car and sell it, the new owner will have a CA key that only works as non-CA.
And then you'd have to install the retrofit on your new car, and then buy a CA key from dumitru for the new car. So, yes you could do that, but you'd still have to buy another key, and you'd be devaluing the car you're selling... plus the time and work to rip it out. seems a waste of time. sell your car for more with CA and then use the extra money to buy another CA harness...

I got a wiring harness, VO change and key from dumitru.o.
Installing the wiring harness is quite easy and took me a day. Really the only tricky part is routing it along the dashboard. After coding CAS and PGS and inserting the key everything worked perfectly on the first try. Overall I‘m very happy with his service. |

I collected diagrams from service diagrams and forum posts of where the wires need to end up: https://www.evernote.com/l/ABPzDeyEg...-8vnjMpIjJkjvE Do you have any install pictures? |
