Correct delphi coil for n52b30 330i

I have a 2006 (mfr december 2005) 330i manual and ordered 6 GN10571 coils for my n52 as buycarparts.co.uk as they said they were compatible with the realoem bmw part number. They look very similar to my old coils but the connector does not fit.

Which delphi coils are the correct ones for the n52b30?

Mine is the same as yours, being a 2005 model. As far as I know, haven't tried it myself, but the coils are electronically exactly the same, it's just the location of the tab on the plug that differs. Apparently you can just snap them off and the plug will then fit, and they will work. I've spoken to various BMW specialists about this in the past, and that's what they've all said. Maybe speak to a few where you are to clarify, or test one of the new ones to see that it works before "modifying" the rest...
