I have a 2011 328i, my idrive can still turn and it clicks, however it won't scroll on the screen. I tried doing a CCC reset by pressing the mute and eject button but it doesn't fix the problem.

Also tried doing a software update by putting the software on a usb and putting the usb in the car but I can't scroll to the update software in the menu nor access it via voice commands.

Basically idrive can switch in between menus by going up, down, left or right or using voice commands. but it can't scroll.

Any ideas?? I read somewhere trying resetting the CAPPL module, but I can't find how to do that.
