Oh, car back at body shop. Yanked the downpipes only thing left is the exhaust. Anyone have a truck willing to help me get my stock exhaust from el cajon area?

Hi Guys. Newbie here. I'm looking to upgrade the suspension on my '08 335 4dr and before I spend $1K on it, I was hoping to maybe experience a car with the upgrades in place so I know for sure that it will give me the feel I am looking for. I know it is a long shot and a lot to ask but is there anyone in the San Diego BMW community with Koni Yellows and Eibach springs who would be willing to take me for a quick ride? It would be a huge help and much appreciated.

Not sure if anyone has that exact setup. I know of a few running H&R springs. I run ST V1 coilovers and have been happy with them. you can get them for about 1k.

I've got that setup. Enjoy it very much for everyday street use. I put custom (they had to be bent to fit) front upper spring perches on to rake the stance a little. Eibachs do not lower the car very much from stock sports suspension. But they are comfy. I run the front struts a little stiffer than the rear shocks. It's pretty much perfect.

If you plan to track the car or are a stancetard then go with coilovers for maximum adjustability. I would recommend that if you go with Koni that you get the white rear external adjustables from HPA or TC Kline. There's also a conversion kit to make the konis into coilovers if you want to do that one day. That also requires buying new springs. In that case I would pair the Konis with stock springs until you convert.

If we have another meet and I'm able to attend I can take you for a ride.

Summary: not very lowered, very comfortable.

I have a set of ST coils as mentioned by Dave, I've been parting out and looking for stock suspension.

Let me know, we can do a swap for cheap. Also, I have the ST coils with vorshlag camber plates.

Rediuculous handling with this combination in my opinion.

ALSO: I STILL HAVE ACTIVE DP AND ETS Intercooler. I know someone wants to go FBO for cheap
