The note on your site says, *** Please Note: Early build 2007 Coupes might not be compatible and will not work. I have an April 2007 build E92. Will they work?

If your car was manufactured before April of 2007 they will not work correctly

So I just installed my V4s today, and I have to say I'm quite happy with them. Ordered them a month ago, and got them back with me when I was in the US last week. I decided to install it today, and I was expecting it to be very difficult and take a while going by some reviews.

It took about 25 minutes for both sides, and my fingers are a bit scratched up but thats fine. The lights look great, the only issue is on the drivers side (for you guys, passenger side for me since mine is RHD) I couldn't get the Lux bulb to lock while putting the bulb back in. It turned a bit but not the full way. Will this be an issue? Light output seems fine though.

Another thing I noticed is that it was set at 12000k stock, and that seemed brighter than the 5700k I have it set at now. Is this true or was it just me?

All in all a great product, highly recommended by me.

The lights will be the same overall brightness regardless of the color setting you are on. They might appear brighter however because the blue color is more of a contrast in color to the sun's color making they easier to perceive in daylight.

We are still working to find a way to perfect this actually. Because our lights operate at 100% brightness all the time they will not fade out smoothly, but rather pulse for a second. Other then that they are incredibly bright for the 99.9% of the time they are on

I was wondering, what is the difference between a LUX H8 V4 and E90 Lux E90 LCI Halogen? I know that the V4 is able to adjust the K. I have a 2009 e90 LCI...which am i suppose to get?

THey are made for different model cars. The LUX E90 LCI is only for the E90 sedans made from 2009-2011 with halogen headlights. Your 335i has xenon headlights so the LUX H8 V4 lights will be the correct version for your car.

So, what you're saying is there hasn't been much progress in finding out a fix? I have some decent ones in the meantime, but they just aren't bright enough.

We have an update coming out soon that will work better. Since they operate at 100% brightness they cant not support dimming.

Anyone around the Wayne NJ area? Stop by Paul Miller BMW's parts department to take a look at our new display of the LUX H8 V4 LED Angel Eyes. Just look for the bright light in the corner!

Set at 7800k for now, blue tinge goes well with Silverstone. Big hands made install a bit of a pain but with small hands you can do both in less than 10mins.
