DME HELP!!

Help!!

So i believe I may have a fried DME and would like some other opinions

Last night I was driving to a meet and got codes for misfire in 1, 2, and 3 so i pulled over cleared codes and began limping it home, about 15 min later idle started bouncing like it was a cammed LS and pedal had no response, i then pulled codes and got throttle position sensor codes, got a tow home and then ordered a throttle body. overnight my battery drained completely and now the car is crank no starting. I have a jb4 with MHD back end flash and flashed my dme back to stock, tomorrow or monday i will be removing the jb4 and going from there. the currently active codes are: 2cfb 2d09 2d1d 2ee0 2fa3 30ba 30bb any other suggestions before i pull jb4 and send dme to be repaired.Help!!
