I have a brand new wireless CarPlay/Android Auto emulator available. This will work on all CIC iDrive head units that use a 4 pin LVDS cable.

This kit is brand new, only opened to take photos. I've installed this same system in my own 2011 E93 335is with Logic 7 CIC and it works flawlessly. It honestly feels like a factory feature. The system is super responsive, my iPhone connects wirelessly and automatically. This box also adds reverse and front camera functionality.

If you live in Los Angeles or can commute here, I'm happy to perform the install for $400, all in. The install should take less than 2 hours and I live in central Glendale 91203.

Please be sure that your display uses a 4 Pin cable. The most sure way to do this is by removing your head unit and pulling the aqua colored connector. If you're unsure how to do this, I can check in person for you for a $50 deposit.

I just went to Andream's site and THIS CIC version does look the same as my unit. I think this is actually the same emulator bimmer-tech sells for $650. Bimmer-tech just puts their sticker on it.

If you meant what software version is on it, here's a screenshot from my car. I bought both of these at the same time so they should be the same software versions.
