pretty firm. But a little bit depending on how quick and easy the transaction is.

I am not sure but it will be close. My quick search gave me an impression that that it's just too outboard. If you're willing to make a trip down to my place in Jersey, I can definitely test fit them for you before making the deal. And install all four upon purchase also.

I know all tires are the same size. But the rims being staggered do you think it will affect my AWD? I'll defiantly be interested if they wouldnt compromise my drivability

It really should not affect AWD because the outer diameters/circumferences would be identical because tires are the same size.

But just a heads up that you might want to check the fitment if you have an E90 non-M. I think you'll need some camber or fender rolling to fit the rears. But I'm not 100% sure though.

xDrive vehicles come with staggered figments from factory under M sport option. As Will noted as long as overall diameter is same front to back you're fine.

Getting my rear quarter panels isn't a problem. If that's the case. If you still have them by the end of the week I'll take them.

Thanks for the offer but I have to pass. I have too many sets of rims and tires right now.
