To help with some of the conversations and questions I've been getting:

The vehicle has been in two 'accidents' both times it was parked and someone backed into the front bumper/grill. Since both were other peoples faults I had the repair places do their best to find additional damage but it was just basic cosmetic fixes.

Report shown is from January recall service at local BMW dealership, it shows tire tread levels on tires that are around 8 months old.
