E90 Pricing?

I picked up a 2009 BMW 328i E90 for a pretty crazy price and I'm looking to flip it but not sure about pricing, any ideas?

It's a 2009 BMW 328i E90 in Blue Water Metallic, 60K miles, everything is mint, cup holders, trims, paint, maintenance is all up to date on it, clean fax, there's only a tiny indentation on the rear bumper, everything is oem besides the headers, guy said cats got clogged and decided to get something nice and it has AA headers. Any help would be appreciated new to these e9x chassis

That color with an automatic transmission and non-Msport isn't exactly a desirable model. Nothing wrong with the combo, it's just not one that an enthusiast is willing to pay a premium for.

I assume the AA headers are also triggering a check engine light?

I would assume the AA headers are actually going to devalue the car quite a bit since its not emissions compliant, a new set of headers, at least OE ones, are going to set you back quite a bit of money. Not sure what the emissions regulation if any you have in NM but maybe you can get away with aftermarket federal cats.

There also has to be another larger underlying condition to cause the OE cats to get clogged after less than 60K miles, like huge amounts of oil consumption, leaking fuel injectors that are throwing raw unburnt fuel into the cats, etc.

Mods don't add value to a car. Automatics are not desirable. Car probably worth less than $10k

$3500 is less than $10k. Do you need a calculator?

'Round SoCal, $3,500 buys you a 2007 180k mile, no service record, non-sport pkg, cracked upholstery, auto tragic car with failing clear coat, black plasti-dip wheels with generic tires, bubbling window tint, and a dank smelling interior (weed or B.O., your choice, maybe both).

Nicer but still high mileage cars (second or third owner, some service history, garage kept commuters) are around $5k. You may start to find MTs in rougher condition around this price point.

Enthusiast owned, 130k miles, MT, owner maintained with records, about $7,500. Nicer AT wagons and cabs around this price. Rare MT cabs around $10k. MT wagons, still unobtanium.

Deals and outliers exist, but they are hard to find. Usually have to compromise in price or quality of care/history.

you are missing:
- yellow construction screws as OE fasteners under the hood
- electrical tape over steering wheel that holds what left out of it together
- multiple pages of fault codes
