Im beginning to think it may need walnut blasted. I just hate spending 400 dollars on cleaning it and it might not fix the issue.. Is there any easier way of cleaning it that may noy do as good of a job buy good enough to see a difference?

Reset all adaptations and cylinder synchronization before you do anything else.

Would me going e85 hurt my injectors? Worse gas? What are the ups and downs?

Buy 3-4 cans of CRC intake cleaner. 3-4 cans of brake cleaner, new intake gaskets & a new throttle body gasket.

Buy a gun cleaning kit and some SS wire wheels for your drill.

You'll need a pick that is hook & L shaped.

Lots of paper towel.

You'll need a 22mm socket in order to turn the crank so you can seal the valves.

You'll also want a head mounted LED flash light.

Google is your friend. There are videos & DIY's on this forum on how to do an old fashioned "scrubbing" of the intake valves.

So recently my car has been acting slightly better. Ive been trying to push more rpms through the engine to try and clean a little carbon build up off. Now in the morning it wont missfire till about 3 miles of driving with it. Pulls strong and everyrhing but once i do a few more pulls it will start. I can slowly ease into 4th and not get a missfire. But 3rd its a hit or miss. Usually a miss haha. Does this sound like carbon buildup?
