In the event of a cancellation or change more than 30 days prior to the course date, a $250 service fee will be charged. If you must cancel or change less than 30 days prior to the event, one half of the cost is forfeited. There are no refunds or changes permitted less than 7 days prior to the course

thats if you sign up for the optional right?
i signed up for the "free" one and i dont think i can cancel it.
someone please tell me how to cancel this thing. :/

If you can't make the free one, you can blow it off. They won't charge you $250.

had a blast at the lexus event yesterday...bump for the audi thing...

BTW, I had to shift to Aug 9th, at 8am...due to travel plans on Aug 10th...since 8/10 is now full, if anyone wants my spot I can call Audi and swap you in...

can't wait for this event. anyone gonna jump on Scott's spot since its now available? obviously the e90/e92 guys will need to take the place over

is everyone planning to just drive up and back the same day? I'm thinking of doing the 1 day NCC summer tour on Sat, Aug 9th, and then this on Sunday.

anyone know of anything fun to do on the way up or back from Summit Point?

Nothing "interesting" around Summit. Well, only nice twisty back roads, cows, horses, porches with appliances, etc.
