How quick would an F1 car geared for a normal circuit do the 1/4 mile?

Its never been done mate.

Every track gearing is different and also is the aero set-up.

But if you picked Silverstone for example, and the set up the car would use there id imagine it would run

8.5@160+

i dont think it would out-launch that evo at all. F1 CArs are quick off the line but not really built for it Compared say to a rally car.

that evo will be doing 0-60 in low 2secs.

It could be set up for drag racing for sure. Then a possible 6 sec pass at like 180+ is feasible.

But in race trim i rekons 8's at 160.
