Everything except an automatic transmission.

It needs nothing. I have all the records dating back to delivery. I have two sets of wheels for the car (summer/winter) and also a factory roof rack. I have the title in hand. It has been garage kept throughout ownership.

WHEELSET 1
-BMW Style 219M wheels, 18x8.5 on all corners (as seen in pics). These are from the front axle of an e90 M3, sourced from two different cars (was a bit challenging).
-Michelin Pilot Super Sports. The rears have one season on them. The fronts will likely need to be replaced after this season.
-OEM TMPS

WHEELSET 2
-BMW Style 189 wheels: 18x8 front, 18x8.5 rear. These are the original wheels for the car.
-Hankook I*cept Evo winter tires are currently mounted, but should likely be replaced if heavy winter use is anticipated.
-OEM TPMS

IMPERFECTIONS
1) Rear passenger grab handle has a slight tear
2) Small dent in very bottom of front driver's side-door
3) Some curb rash on the wheels
