Replica HKS BOV? Safe to use?

Is anyone running the eBay version of the HKS SSQV BOV? I seen one for $40 and another for $120. What's the difference between these fakes and the authentic ones? I’m stock turbos but FBO + inlets just need to get CP/BOV would I have an issue ?

Other forums repost the fake ones failing and leaking boost. I’d get the real deal to avoid a future headache.
