***UPDATE***
so i was about to call it a quits and take it in somewhere when i remembered this video

but having an 07 330i my negative termanal lead was different but i remembered an ibs cable runs to the power distribution box, so i unpluged that and BAM it starts!

Now does anyone know why this is? i still need to register/code the battery and can i do it with that unplugged? i was getting an error before trying to code it. Ill try it in a little bit and update again.

Sorry if this is the incorrect spot to post this but i'm trying to fix my 2007 BMW e90 330i.

Airbag light came on, acouple days later after some rain the car no longer starts but gets power to all other electronics making me think the BST cable went off. so i checked the bst cable and it doesnt look like it has gone off.

I replaced the battery thinking it may have been that but the problem persists. I am also trying to code the battery but i am getting ERROR_ECU_CONDITIONS_NOT_CORRECT_OR_REQUEST_SEQUEN CE_ERROR.
