Are you guys leaving at 7AM because you're showing your cars? I've never been to this event before, so as a spectator can I just show up at 11?

Had a great day at the show. Our black Lotus seemed to be a hit with the crowd! Looked like everyone was having a great time. Thanks for putting on a nice show for all of us. Looking forward to next year.

Which black lotus was it? Was it the one with the crazy rear diffuser and the FAKE ROTA volks reps with volk stickers on them?

That's the one, but they are real Volks. What made you think they are Rotas? The owner of the car owns JMR Garage in Bayshore, NY and is a Volk dealer. Feel free to stop by anytime and check out the car in more detail

Like I said, the owner of the car owns one of the most successful shops in Long Island. Any of you are welcome (and encouraged!) to go down there and see the car for yourself anytime you'd like. I am curious as to why you think they would be replicas? A Rota wheel on a Lotus would be sacrilege! Rota wheels are also cast and would not be stamped with "Forged" on the outside like these do. You guys may also remember the car from last year's show with Advan wheels (which are currently for sale). I have nothing to gain, I don't work for them and its not my car; just making sure you guys get the right information. If you're looking for someone with replica wheels on their car, that would be the VMR's on my E46 that look like CSL wheels, haha.

For those who can't picture what we are referring to; here is a photo of the car from yesterday's show! Aside from the Volk wheels, it is riding on BC Coilovers. It also has a carbon fiber roof, side intakes, and front lip; and a Difflow rear diffusor.
