Abs fault

Hi

Went to start our 2007 335d and got an abs fault on the idrive. Read the codes and getting 5DD0 5DF0 and 5DF1.

Does this mean the abs unit is toast and I need a new one?

Thanks in advance

From reading up looks like I need a new pump. Don’t have time for the car to be off the road so wanted to get a used pump.

Are there any differences between the versions ones advertised? There seems to be loads of part numbers

Put your VIN number into realoem and check the part number listed, as for trying other part number pumps i have no idea so id probably keep with the one on realoem.

I've found with realoem that sometimes the part number they quote has been superceded and the original part number is stated further down the page.

Tried that and says part not found.

Seen a repair being offered for £100, but would have preferred a exchange unit so less time off the road

I have the exact same problem, and so does a friend of mine who owns a 330i. Must be the time of year where ABS goes kaput

Have you tried ECU Testing ?

I ended up buying a replacement off the dealer in end, just under £300 but I think the part for the 6 cylinder cars is more expensive.
