Not me, but my buddy needs his brakes changed on his E46. Any recommendations other then the stealership? Preferably near Tacoma.

I'm not sure about Tacoma area, but there are quite a few quality independent BMW shops around. I had my oil changed at Eastside Bavarian in Issaquah, and I'd go there for anything not covered under warranty or the factory service schedule.
http://www.eastsidebavarian.com/ There is also Strictly BMW in Bellevue, http://www.strictlybmw.com/index.htm

I go to this one for oil change, repairs, etc. The service advisor who helps me out is Brian Terril....tell him one of their customers recommended them...maybe they'll give me a discount next time. Hahaha.
But seriously, I have a good experience with them and they have been very professional to deal with. Cheers! Quote:
