E91 Tailgate Adjustment??

My tailgate is particularly sensitive to closing and often (Unless slammed!) shows open with the boot courtesy lights in requiring it to be re shut, is there any adjustments on the latch or indeed the sensor, which I have yet to locate.

Any help appreciated

Adjust the striker in the middle at the bottom, under the plastic cover, move it towards you slightly and try it. just adjust it until you get it to feel right.
